Court arrests a suspect of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train

Today, the Malaya Vishera District Court has satisfied the petition of the prosecutor's office to arrest Salanbek Dzagiev, a resident of Ingushetia, suspected of involvement in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train.

"Dzagiev is suspected of committing a crime covered by Article 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorism) and, consequently, can be kept in custody for up to 30 days," the RIA "Novosti" informs with reference to the Court's spokesman.

We remind you that Salanbek Dzagiev, a suspect of blowing up the "Neva-Express", who was detained in Ingushetia, on December 19, was brought to Moscow for investigatory actions.
