Russian family executed and house blown up in Ingushetia

On October 14 at about 2:30 p.m. it became known that a Russian family was assassinated by unknown culprits in the city of Karabulak (Ingushetia). The count of the victims of the execution has increased up to three persons after the woman died at hospital, who had happened to be a guest in the house of the assassinated family at the moment of the armed attack.

According to certain sources of information, there were several criminals. They disappeared in a "Zhiguli" car, Model 10 of silvery colour, the on duty unit of the Karabulak GOVD (City Militia Department) has reported. The attackers opened fire from a machine gun during the moment when the elderly Kortikov couple came to visit their son, a bus driver, who lived separately from his parents with his wife.

The Prosecutor's Office of Karabulak has initiated a criminal case on the fact of the murder of Russian family, a spokesman of the Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia has informed.

Also, in Troitskaya village, Sunzha District of Ingushetia, an empty house of a Russian family was blown up. As a result of the explosion the house was almost completely ruined.

The family that had lived in the house was at that moment outside Ingushetia and was planning to return one of these days. The explosion took place on October 14 at 3 a.m.

The fact of the explosion in Troitskaya village was concealed from accounting by local militia. No criminal case was initiated on the fact, and no investigation is underway. One of the employees of Sunzha ROVD (District Militia), who preferred to remain anonymous, has reported about it, the Ingushetia.Ru web portal informs.
