Azerbaijani refugees ask Bako Saakyan to consider their petitions

The Civil Society Network (CSN) named "Refugees and International Law" asks President of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Saakyan to help refugees from Azerbaijan.

The Society's open letter runs that the network of the "Refugees and International Law" Civil Society continues gathering and processing petitions addressed to Karabakh President.

So far, the CSN "Refugees and International Law" has already received over 25,000 petitions from the refugees living in Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Russian Federation, Australia, USA, Sweden, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.

"The refugees seek assistance from the NKR President and the authorities in obtaining their corresponding compensations for the moral and material damage caused by the lawlessness and violence of the Azerbaijani authorities and criminal elements during the Soviet and post-Soviet time in the territory of the Azerbaijan SSR.
