Chechen native accuses Kadyrov of preparing murders in Norway

Ruslan (Aslan) Khalilov, a native of Chechnya, who is named by separatists' websites as "repented Kadyrov's killer", has stated before a video camera that President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov had ordered to kill Magomed Ocherkhadzhi, a native of Chechnya, who lives in Norway, and instructed his people to come into contacts with the authorities of Norway with the aim to mislead them and discredit Norwegian Chechens.

The video record referred to as "Kadyrov's killer has repented and told that he was ordered to commit murder in Norway", the young native of Chechnya reports that Kadyrov had hired him to execute the murder. Khalilov has stated that he was tortured and forced to go and fulfil the order. "They even did such things, about which I'm ashamed to speak," Radio Liberty quotes his words.

The authenticity of this record, placed on the Youtube, cannot be established at once; it is not clear where and when the record was made, and the comment to the video clip assumes that it could be edited. Radio Liberty said that the record of Khalidov's confessions was promulgated by a radical separatists' website.

The video record with Ruslan Khalidov's confessions was also placed on the website Ichkeria.info. This source adds that it happened on March 3, and on March 4 in Ulyanovsk, a search was conducted of the apartment of Sergey Kryukov, deputy editor-in-chief of this edition.

According to the Norwegian edition named NRK, Ruslan Khalidov, who presented charges against Chechen President, was the main witness and then convict in the case about an attack of seven Chechen natives on Kurds in a hostel for refugees in Norway.
