"I am not ready to bare the core of the proposals that mediators intend to discuss in Vienna on September 15 owing to objectives reasons. But terms used by the media, in particular, "new" and "modified" proposals, speak for themselves and there is no need for further comments." New OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairman Yuri Merzlyakov of Russia told it at a briefing in Yerevan on September 10.

He noted he was in the state of "lack of knowledge on the details of all those proposals" and advised journalists to wait till the meeting in Vienna, which will be followed by a visit of the co-chairmen to the region. The visit is planned for the end of October or the beginning of November and timed to the ending of the elections in Azerbaijan.
