Russian diplomats call on to punish murderers of Dagestani native in Iran

The Russian Embassy has called on to find and punish the persons responsible for the murder of a heavy truck driver from Dagestan, who was found shot dead in Iran.

On December 16, the body of the murdered heavy truck driver was found in the province of Gilan in northern Iran, the RIA “Novosti” news agency quoted the press service for the Russian Embassy in Tehran as reporting.

According to the report of a Russian Embassy’s spokesperson, the Iranian authorities are conducting an investigation, which is being supervised by the Russian Consulate General in Rasht and the Russian Embassy in Iran.
