Refugees in Ingushetia are removed from lists if they are not in camp at moment of inspection

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation arrived on September 2 to conduct a regular re-registration of forced migrants in the camp for refugees situated on the territory of the Nazran Agrarian Training College in the village of Yandare, the Nazran region of the Republic of Ingushetia. However, they registered only those refugees who were in the place of temporary residence at that moment. The commission members declared that everybody who had been absent should come for registration to the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Nevertheless, the practice shows that it is almost impossible for forced migrants that fell out of the database during such actions to restore their names in the lists. People not registered in the database of the migration service lose their right to get humane aid and registration in the place of temporary residence.
