Three houses of Ingush residents searched

Raishat Gardanova, a resident of the Pliev Municipal District of the city of Nazran, has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on November 1 her house in A. Archkhanova Street was searched by power agents without any due sanction.

"At about 1:30 p.m. employees of power agencies rushed into my house. My daughter, two daughters-in-law and grandsons were in the house with me. They were driven outdoor, undressed, and kept in the yard for about 2.5 hours. Children were barefooted and felt cold. Without any sanction presented, the power agents turned everything over, tore off all the covers and caused many damages," Ms Gardanova said.

According to her story, about 200 power agents arrived in 5 armoured troop-carriers (ATCs) and 5 "Gazel" cars, all were in masks. None of them presented himself or explained the reason for the search. Power agents persistently asked Gardanova about her son Ilez.

"With some mockery they were asking where Ilez was and why he didn't work. Also they asked about my senior son Hamzat, who was executed without investigation and trial on August 2 in Plievo village. He just happened to be inside the cordoned area, where a power agent had been killed. When he drove into a lane as he could not find the way through, they opened heavy fire on defeat on his car. They were asking strange questions, for example, why Hamzat was killed?" she added.

Non-authorized searches were also made at the neighbours of the Gardanovs - in the houses of Elena Azigova and Zina Velkhieva. The gate of Azigova's household was crushed down by an ATC. They broke down the brick fence and crushed the goods exposed out in the yard for sale.

According to the victims of power agents, because of the holidays they had no time to file their complaints to law enforcement bodies; however, they are going to do it in the near future.
