Prosecutor General's Office announces disclosing of two terrorist acts in Mozdok, which claimed lives of about 70 people

The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia has successfully investigated two acts of terrorism in Mozdok committed this year. They are the explosions of a military hospital and a bus with servicemen.

"The investigation revealed both organizers and direct executors of these terrorist acts", declared Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Sergey Fridinsky on Tuesday.

"Three people connected with these crimes have already been arrested, several more people are being searched for", said the Deputy Prosecutor General.

Fridinsky did not say the names of the people arrested and being searched for in the interests of investigation. He mentioned only that they were residents of both Chechnya and Ingushetia as well as other regions of Russia.

On June 5, 18 people died in the explosion of the bus with servicemen that were making their way to the Mozdok airport.

50 people died on August 1 when a truck staffed with explosives detonated at the Mozdok Military Hospital.

Both acts of terrorism were carried out by ready-to-die militants.
