Investigation of bus explosion in Tolyatti is over

The investigation of the case about bus explosion in Tolyatti is over. Evgeniy Vakhrushev, who is considered to be the organizer of the explosion, was found mentally sick, and the explosion was accidental.

According to Yuri Sliva, Senior Adviser of Justice, acting head of the Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee under the Prosecutor's Office for the Samara Region, the investigation is practically over.

Nevertheless, several versions of the incident are studied. The main one is still the version that the explosion was accidental. The investigation tends to believe that Evgeniy Vakhrushev, 21, also the explosion casualty, made experiments with explosives.

Mr Sliva has noted that a number of examinations on the case are not yet over. However, the posthumous psychological and psychiatric examination is over. It has concluded that Vakhrushev had schizoid deviations, but, as Yuri Sliva has emphasized, the suspect had no suicidal inclinations, therefore, there is no reason to speak that he had blown up the bus intentionally, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
