Dzakhkiev's advocate knows nothing about release of suspects of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train

The advocate of Salambek Dzakhkiev, a resident of Ingushetia and figurant in the case of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train, did not confirm to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent the news that his client was released from custody.

In his conversation with the correspondent, the advocate has informed that on April 24 he plans to come to Veliki Novgorod to clear out the actual circumstances, however, he doubts any possibility of his client's release.

"I learnt from news tapes that Amirkhan Khidriev, who is also my client, was allegedly released. Should it really be so, I'd know for sure. When I decided to clear things out, the inspector of the Investigatory Committee of Russian State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, the colonel heading the investigatory group on this case, completely rejected any rumours about Dzakhkiev's and Khidriev's release," the advocate said.

Earlier the "Interfax" had reported, referring to Amirkhan Khidriev's advocate, that Amirkhan Khidriev and Salambek Dzakhkiev, accused of blowing up the train, were freed from custody.
