Nachkebiya: Georgian opposition has all resources for alternative parliament

Manana Nachkebiya, one of the leaders of the United Opposition and a member of the opposition party "New Right-Wingers" believes that the opposition of Georgia possesses all the necessary resources to launch the work of an alternative parliament.

"The alternative parliament will be set up in the number of MPs won by the opposition according to our calculations and assumptions. We have both technical resources and the room at the electoral office of the United Opposition. We plan to place all the necessary structures here, including the area for work of journalists," Ms Nachkebiya said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

She has noted that sessions of the alternative parliament will consider all the major laws. "Our parliament will actively examine all the basic bills, especially those related to the state budget," Manana Nachkebiya has added.
