"Voice of Beslan" has drafted a bill in defence of rights of terror act victims

The All-Russian NGO "Voice of Beslan" has drafted, together with the Volgodonsk NGO of Terror Act Victims, a bill named "On Social Defence of Terror Act Victims".

"We've supported the bill, but it still needs correction. We want to gather over a thousand signatures of the victims, and then bring it to the Parliament of the Republic. We'll try to force the leaders of the Republic to send the bill to the State Duma," Ella Kesaeva, leader of the "Voice of Beslan", told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to Ms Kesaeva, Irina Khalai, head of the Volgodonsk NGO of Terror Act Victims, was the initiator of drafting the bill. The basic aim of the project is to defend the rights of terror act victims, including foreign citizens.
