Dagestan cancels refusal to open a criminal case against Director General of "Nastoyascheye Vremya"

The Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee at the Russian Prosecutor's Office for the Republic of Dagestan has cancelled its previous statement not to initiate a criminal case against Rizvan Rizvanov, Director General of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Editorial Board of the Weekly 'Nastoyascheye Vremya' (Present Time)".

The "Gazeta.Ru" supposes that most probably the reason is in insufficient attention of the investigation to the arguments and facts of the claimants.

We remind you that on April 13 this Department failed to find any crime elements in the actions of Mr Rizvanov, the founder of the above weekly and made a decision not to initiate a criminal case against him.
