In Moscow, Krasnodar advocate demands to stop arbitrariness of law enforcers

Today, at 11 a.m.-1 p.m., in Moscow, in Slavyanskaya Square, near the monument to Cyril and Methodius, a picket was held by some 20 human rights activists from the Urals, North of Russia, Siberia and other regions. Liudmila Aleksandrova, advocate from Krasnodar, demanded to stop arbitrariness of employees of justice.

The event organized by Lev Ponomaryov's Movement "For Human Rights" was duly sanctioned.

Liudmila Aleksandrova told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the aim of the picket was to draw attention of the public to arbitrariness in law enforcement bodies and the judicial system.

For example, a criminal case was initiated against Liudmila after she wrote a letter to President, having accused the employees of the Chief Department of Internal Affairs of the Krasnodar Territory of breaching her habitation rights.
