"Doctors Without Borders" stages demonstration on Lubyanskaya Square in Moscow

Today the international organization "Doctors Without Borders" is staging a demonstration near the Solovetsky Stone on Lubyanskaya Square in Moscow. It is timed to the anniversary of the abduction of the mission?s head Arjan Erkel in Dagestan.

"Doctors Without Borders" are dissatisfied with the progress of the investigation. According to the words of the head of the organization's press-cutting service Mark Walsh, Russian law-enforcement organs found out nothing for the last year.

The activity of "Doctors Without Borders" in Dagestan was suspended after Erkel's abduction and has not been resumed yet. The UN calls for Erkel's immediate release.
