Charges presented to suspects of blowing up the bus in Nevinnomyssk in Stavropol Territory

The Chief Investigatory Department at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation for the South Federal District (SFD) has indicted the two detainees suspected of blowing up the Pyatigorsk-Stavropol bus committed in the city of Nevinnomyssk.

"One of the suspects was charged on Tuesday, the other one - today. Both are accused under Article 105 of the CC (murder) and Article 222 (illegal arms circulation)," Boris Salmaksov, head of the Chief Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Prosecutor's Office for the SFD, has reported today.

Mr Salmaksov has stated that according to evidences of both suspects, the explosive was masked as a cardboard juice package and placed on the back seat of the bus, the "Interfax" reports. "The detainees are not the organizers but the executors of the explosion," Boris Salmaksov has added.

The RIA "Novosti" reports that both convicts are residents of Ingushetia.
