Mikhail Trepashkin who was released from colony is going to appeal against his verdict

Mikhail Trepashkin, ex-FSB colonel, who was convicted for disclosure of state secrets and got his liberty today, is going to appeal against his verdict.

"Mr Trepashkin is going to appeal against his verdict as he finds it to be unfair," said a source from the public committee in defence of Trepashkin as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".

According to the source, Mikhail Trepashkin is also confident that he had committed no treason against the State.

We remind you that today at 8:20 a.m. local time, ex-FSB colonel Mikhail Trepashkin was released from the general custody colony in the city of Nizhni Tagil, Sverdlovsk Region.
