People in Dagestan are indignant at the murder of Academician Nariman Aliev

Residents of Dagestan are indignant at the murder of Academician, Hero of Social Labour Nariman Aliev and his wife.

Residents of the village cannot understand who could want the death of the person known not only in Dagestan but also nation-wide. Thanks to Nariman Aliev, the Mamedkala village, earlier known to nobody, has turned into a nicely arranged city-type settlement.

The body of the well-known in Dagestan head of the winegrowing farm, laureate of state awards, Academician Nariman Aliev, was found today morning in his home in Mamedkala village of the Derbent District of Dagestan.

Academician Nariman Aliev, 77, was repeatedly elected Deputy of the USSR Supreme Soviet, Deputy of the National Assembly of Dagestan, and quite recently he was nominated for the Public Chamber of Russia from Dagestan.
