Residents of Tolyatti block the traffic in the street where the terror act was accomplished

In Tolyatti, about 200 citizens made a "live chain" and blocked the Gagarin Street where the October 31 terror act was committed.

We should note here that earlier residents of Tolyatti demanded that the administration of the city postpone reopening of the street for traffic in order to somehow commemorate the victims, however today, the cars were let to drive along.

The participants of the meeting were laying flowers onto the road, not allowing transport to go. About 100 militiamen are near them. The militia of Tolyatti promised to apply force should the people interfere with the traffic, however, no force actions have been applied so far, the "Gazeta.Ru" informs.

At the present moment, the routes of public transport are changed, and the cars are bypassing the area, the on duty GIBDD (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) officer of the Tsentralny District of Tolyatti has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" reported earlier that the explosion of a passenger bus model "MAZ-103" in Tolyatti took place on October 31 at 08:12 a.m. local time. Eight persons perished and 63 more were wounded.

The explosive that was undermined in the passenger bus was attached to the body of one of the passengers. It was confirmed by investigatory actions, as Nikolai Patrushev, Director of the FSB, has stated on air of the "Vesti24" TV Channel.

Besides, as Mr Patrushev has emphasized, "the characteristic on this person also confirms that he had attitude to the explosion," the "Interfax" reports.

The "Gazeta.ru" writes that the version about the 21-year-old Evgeniy Vakhrushev's involvement in the explosion is confirmed by several facts. Vakhrushev's body was most strongly damaged by the explosion. Besides, in Vakhrushev's apartment, the inspectors detected the materials, which are used in production of explosives.
