Charges presented to the figurant of the case of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train

The Prosecutor's Office has indicted Khasan Didigov, a native of Chechnya and a suspect of undermining the "Neva-Express" train.

However, the charges are presented to Didigov on another case - on robberies and causing harm to human health average gravity. Murad Yunusov, Didigov's advocate, has informed journalists about it today.

"At the current moment, the investigation of this criminal case is over, the case is under examination at the Chudovo Prosecutor's Office; after the acquaintance with it, which should last for two weeks, the case will be either returned for additional investigation or, that is most likely, will be sent for consideration to the Chudovo District Court," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the advocate.

According to Yunusov, the case deals with the two robberies committed in the Chudovo District of the Novgorod Region and with causing harm to human health of average gravity committed in the Shimskiy District.

"This is an old case, and Didigov is a suspect on them for more than 18 months already," the defender has explained.
