Kadyrov threatened participants of any unauthorized rallies to be shot in forehead

In the event of protests in Chechnya, security forces must fire several warning shots in the air, and if the participants of the riot do not respond to the demand, then open fire on them, said the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.

Ramzan Kadyrov instructed the security forces to detain the instigators of the riots. If a person ignores the police order, he/she should be killed.

“If we have even one person going out for unauthorized riots, detain him and put him in prison. Or fire three warning shots in the air and after that, if the person does not comply with the requirements of the law, fire the fourth shot in the forehead. They won’t come out anymore. This is my order,” RIA Novosti cited Kadyrov’s words, which he said to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard during a meeting.

As the "Caucasian Knot" informed, on October 30, the head of Chechnya announced the prevention of mass unrest in Chechnya. According to him, anti-Semitic actions in the republic were prevented with the help of the media, which “warned residents.”
