Court refuses to recognize the wound of Dagestani contract soldier

The military court in Makhachkala has rejected the lawsuit of Robert Mikhraliev, a contract soldier, who was not issued a certificate of being wounded in the special operation in Ukraine by the military hospital.

Mikhraliev tried to challenge the hospital's refusal to issue him a wound certificate, but the Makhachkala garrison military court has rejected the challenge, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has written.

In her turn, the respondent's representative has stated that Mikhraliev was diagnosed "not with a wound, trauma or maim, but with a disease."

The court has confirmed that on May 11, Mikhraliev was wounded, in connection with which he was diagnosed with the initial formulation; on May 12, he was taken to the hospital.

Then, from May 17 to May 27, the soldier was treated at another hospital, a clinical diagnosis was established, but a wound certificate was also not issued for the same reason.

Earlier, Kamilpasha Khasbulatov, another contract soldier from Dagestan, appealed against the hospital's refusal to issue him a wound certificate after the contusion he received in Ukraine, but the military court in Makhachkala refused to treat his demands as legitimate.
