Repost of video led woman from Morozovsk to fine for discrediting militaries
The court has decided that reposting in social network of the video of the destruction and explosions caused by missile strikes is discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the case against Yulia Moiseenko, accused of discrediting Russian militaries, arrived in court on October 12.
The Morozovsky District Court of the Rostov Region has found the local woman guilty of reposting "a video of the destruction and explosions of missile strikes" in Ukraine in the social network, the "donnews" outlet reports with reference to the release of the joint press service of the courts of the Rostov Region.
The woman was fined by 40,000 roubles.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on October 20, the court fined Pavel Brizhan, a resident of Volgodonsk, by 30,000 roubles for his comments on the Internet.
