The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on December 14, with the permission of Ramzan Kadyrov, Rubati Mitsaeva, an associate of Akhmed Zakaev, returned from Germany to Chechnya. At the airport in Grozny, she was met by top-ranking officials, and the leader of Chechnya then personally received Rubati Mitsaeva and danced with her.

The Akhmat Kadyrov Fund has presented Rubati Mitsaeva with a car in honour of her birthday, Akhmed Dudaev, the above Chechen minister, has stated.

The post is accompanied by a video clip, showing Rubati Mitsaeva walking down the street; then she approaches a parked car, near which we can see the minister Akhmed Dudaev, Magomed Daudov, the Speaker of the Chechen Parliament, and other officials. They give Mitsaeva several bouquets of flowers. The officials exclaim "Akhmat is power!" In her turn, Mitsaeva then exclaims "Ramzan is power!" A car is seen behind them.

Most of social network commentators have reacted positively to the post. But at the same time, some of them have expressed the opposite viewpoint.

"What has Rubati done; who is she? She left, and then arrived – nothing is clear," the user aminatmusaeva9 has written. "What has she deserved it with?" the user alia______milashka has asked. "And for what? For what merits they've presented her with a car? What has she done?" the roza24307 has also asked. "It's a shame down to the plinth!" the user alexilesov has exclaimed.
