Militaries announce over 3000 exercises in Southern Russia

During the combat training, military servicemen will master their skills of setting up and using groupings in operative directions; they will also take part in the all-army contests "ArMI-2022", the press service of the Southern Military District has informed.

According to the press service, in 2022, the military servicemen of the District will take part in more than three thousand combat training events.

Its main directions will be the improvement of the combat training of command and control bodies and subunits, as well as the introduction of new forms and methods of units' actions during tactical training sessions and exercises, the "Interfax-Yug" has reported today with reference to the press service above.

At the exercises, it is planned to master the process of creating and using various groupings in operative directions, says the message. The main event on combat training will be held in the fall: militaries will take part in a bilateral command-staff exercise with groupings of forces in the South-Western strategic direction, the press service of the Military District has specified.
