Gadjiev's colleagues hold pickets in Dagestan in his support

Magdi Kamalov, the founder of the "Chernovik" (Draft) weekly, Magomed Magomedov, a deputy editor-in-chief of the edition, and the journalist, Idris Yusupov, came out to solo pickets in Makhachkala demanding to release Abdulmumin Gadjiev and all political prisoners.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in Makhachkala, every week, pickets are held in support of Abdulmumin Gadjiev, a "Chernovik" journalist.

According to investigators, Abdulmumin Gadjiev, as well as Abubakar Rizvanov, the head of the "Ansar" charitable fund, and Kemal Tambiev had raised 68 million roubles and 200,000 US dollars for terrorists under the pretext of building mosques and helping Muslims.

Let us note here that Gadjiev took part in the annual contest held by the "Caucasian Knot" named after the assassinated journalist, Akhmednabi Akhmednabiyev for 2020. He took the second place for his story about seven young Dagestanis against whom investigators fabricated terrorism cases.
