Grozny law enforcers scold on air pupils and their parents
Law enforcers have publicly reprimanded teenagers in Grozny and their parents for using toxic substance by schoolchildren; it follows from the video shown by the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company). Some Instagram users doubted the police's version.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the "Grozny" ChGTRK is regularly releasing reports with public scolding region's residents for various offences. Thus, at night on March 22, the Company posted a story on its Instagram page, in which Adam Elzhurkaev, the chief physician of the Centre for Islamic Medicine, publicly scolded Zura Dudaeva, a resident of Achkhoi-Martan for practicing occultism.
In Grozny, law enforcers have held a conversation with teenagers engaged in using toxic substances, and their parents, the "Grozny" ChGTRK reported today on its Instagram page. "A group of guys, only one of them is an adult, the rest are 15 and 14 years old; it would seem what can these teenagers do? They were detained drunk; they bought silver stain in hardware stores and sniffed it," the channel's video has stated.
Some commentators to the ChGTRK's post on the Instagram criticized the teens; however, other social network users doubted the law enforcers' version. "This is the first time I've heard of silver stain being sniffed," the user imanhadgiev_s_s has noted.
"At their age, we used to blow up this silver stain, but I hear for the first time that they sniffed it," the user 220islam_95 has expressed a similar opinion.
