On March 22-28, no victims of armed conflict in Northern Caucasus were reported

During the week of March 22-28, 2021, during the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus, no information about the casualties or wounded persons was reported. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

Detentions

On March 23, it became known that five persons, who had earlier served their terms in Colony No. 2 in Kalmykia, were detained within the case of the creation of a terrorist community. The sources did not specify in which districts these five persons were detained. However, it is noted there that the FSB branches of many Russian regions are involved in the inquiry, including Kalmykia, Krasnodar Territory, Adygea, Karachay-Cherkessia and Dagestan.

Note that this is the second consecutive week without victims of the armed conflict, as on March 15-21, no information about any casualties or wounded persons was reported. Prior to that, incidents with victims were recorded for three weeks in a row.
