Ukrainian Pavel Grib, accused of terrorism, sentenced to six years in prison

The court has found Pavel Grib, a citizen of Ukraine, guilty of inciting his female acquaintance to commit a terror act in a Sochi school.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 20, the prosecutor demanded to sentence Grib to six years in prison; while the defence asked to acquit him. Pavel himself reminded about torture during detention and denied all the charges.

Pavel Grib was accused of inciting a female resident of Krasnodar Territory to commit a terror act. According to investigators, he persuaded her to detonate a bomb in a Sochi school. His defence claimed that the case file contains only a file with some correspondence translated into Russian, but has no screenshots of the correspondence as such. Pavel Grib stated other people had access to his account.
