Argun resident accused of beating a man after posting a brutal video

The man, who is beating up a person in a video, has been charged, the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has stated. Using cruelty to a helpless person deserves severe punishment, social network users believe.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that after posting a video depicting beating up a human, the MIA managed to identify the attacker as a 25-year-old resident of the city of Argun.

A MIA source has added that the victim had a brain concussion and is being treated at home. It is not specified what had caused the conflict.

The video triggered an extremely negative reaction among social network users. They called on to establish the participants in the brawl and punish both the perpetrator, the eyewitness, who practically failed to try to stop the violence, and the operator.

Some users recalled that information about the reason of the conflict was not publicized. "I don't in any way justify physical humiliation, but before you condemn someone, you should know the cause of the conflict, shouldn't you? And then you can pass the verdict," the user DAGRAUND&DAGGAD pointed out in the YouTube.

“I don't know what happened there; maybe he defended the honour of his mother or sister by beating that guy so severely? Everyone has attacked him so furiously, but 'judge not lest ye be judged'," another Instagram user has written.
