In the video message, the young man says that he wants to apologize for his "unworthy deed: throwing a can at the guys sitting opposite and shouting 'Akhmat is power!' I was very much scolded by the leadership of the republic and my parents," says the author of the video message, on whose left eyelid a bruise is visible.
