Law enforcers search house of Ingush activist Ruslan Mutsolgov

Today, during about an hour, law enforcers were searching the house of Ruslan Mutsolgov, the leader of the youth wing of the "Yabloko" Party in Ingushetia. The policemen seized a laptop and a mobile phone.

"When I asked on what grounds a search was conducted in my house, I was informed that a criminal case had been initiated against Ibragim Lyanov (the head of the 'European Ingush Association' in Brussels,  note of the 'Caucasian Knot'), who lived abroad. In the course of the investigation into the above case, houses of a number of people in Ingushetia are to be searched," said Ruslan Mutsolgov.

He has also noted that, according to his information, the searches were conducted at houses of activists Bagaudin Khautiev and Khasan Katsiev.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 29, Ruslan Mutsolgov was brought to the police and fined for violating the procedure for holding public events after a rally held against the change of the border with Chechnya.
