Four activists fined after protests in Sunzha and Magas

The Ingush activists Bagaudin Khautiev, Isropil Nalgiev, Sarazhdin Sultygov and Musa Albogachiev were punished with administrative fines for participating in an unsanctioned rally.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 26, Ramzan Kadyrov and Yunus-Bek Evkurov signed an agreement on the mutual administrative border, which envisages an exchange of non-inhabited territories. The signing of the agreement took place against the background of protest actions: on September 25, an unsanctioned rally was held in Sunzha, at the building of the district administration; and on September 26 – at the entrance to the city of Magas, the capital of Ingushetia.

After the protest action in Sunzha, the activists Bagaudin Khautiev and Isropil Nalgiev were fined by 10,000 roubles each, the activist Timur Yovloy told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Ruslan Mutsolgov, the leader of the Ingush branch of the "Yabloko" Party, said that after the action in Sunzha, law enforcers summoned for a talk Sarazhdin Sultygov and Musa Albogachiev, the co-chairs of the "Mekhk Khel" movement, who later were also fined by court judgement.
