Ramazan Abdulatipov's brother detained within case of Dagestani Forensic Bureau

Rajab Abdulatipov, a Dagestani MP, was detained on suspicion of taking part in a criminal community; he will soon be charged, the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has reported on its website.

Rajab Abdulatipov was detained within the case against Magomed Makhachev, the head of the Chief Bureau of Forensic-Social Examination, says the report.

The criminal article, under which Rajab Abdulatipov was detained, envisages up to ten years in prison.

Magomed Makhachev and his employees are suspected of receiving bribes of 52 million roubles.

Today, a group of employees from the central office of one of power agencies arrived in Dagestan. They came to Rajab Abdulatipov's office and detained him, the "Chernovik" has reported.

Rajab Abdulatipov is convoyed to Moscow for questioning. Most likely, his case will be investigated by the central office of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), the "Interfax" has reported today with reference to its own source.
