In Volgograd, "Dynasty" real estate investors demand to finish their house until winter
In Volgograd, a developer and officials from the "Gosstroinadzor" (Federal Construction Supervision Service) attended a meeting arranged by real estate investors of the residential complex (RC) "Dynasty" and promised to complete the construction in several months. The real estate investors have met the promise with mistrust.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the evening on July 6, 45 real estate investors of the RC "Dynasty" gathered to install a tent camp in front of the unfinished house in the Voroshilov District of Volgograd. The police cordoned off the territory around the house.
On July 20, the real estate investors of the RC "Dynasty" held a new meeting near the house under construction, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by Marina Teslenko, a real estate investor.
According to her, the meeting was attended by 50 real estate investors, officials from the "Gosstroinadzor", the developer, and contractors. "The officials from the 'Gosstroinadzor' have announced they supervise the construction, and the active construction will be started next week. The developer has promised in public that he will commission the house by late 2018," Marina Teslenko said.
The real estate investors have met the promise with mistrust. They have noted that no construction works are underway on the site.
"We do not believe the developer and the authorities. At present, we see no construction works at the site. We demand from the authorities to give the developer a loan to ensure the house will be commissioned for the heating season of this year," Marina Teslenko stated.
