In Moscow, about 150 people visit opening of Adyg culture exhibition at a metro station

In Moscow, on the exhibition space of the "Vorobyovy Gory" metro station, the exhibition "The Republic of Adygea on Vorobyovy Gory" has been opened, which represents mostly works of Adyg artists and masters of arts and crafts. About 150 people gathered at the opening of the exhibition, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The number of the exhibits included a men costume "Chokha", a female costume "Tyrgatao", a dress-symbol "Green World", a wooden cradle "Kushie", an Adyg table "Ane", a 16-key Adyg harmonica, and an Adyg musical bow instrument "Shichepshin". The event is the first joint project of the permanent representative office of Adygea in Moscow, the National Museum of the Republic of Adygea, and the "Mosmetro".

On March 12, at first, about 50 people came to the opening of the exhibition, but their number tripled, when children performed an ancient Adyg dance "Kaafe". While exhibited items could not provoke passengers to leave metro cars, then the children's dance easily succeeded in that. Young and old people got out of a metro train to watch the dance. And after it was finished, the people again got on a metro train and continued their trips, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
