A grenade defused in an Armenian school

Combat engineers have defused a combat grenade, found today in a rural school in the Lori Region of Armenia.

Members of the rescue team cordoned off the school building. "The detected G1 grenade was defused by combat engineers," the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

It is not reported whether pupils and teachers stayed at the school building at the time of the incident.
