In Stavropol Territory, two persons killed by submachine gun fire
In the Stavropol Territory, a resident of the Shpakovsky District shelled three persons from a submachine gun. Of them, two were killed, and one was hospitalized. This has been reported today by investigators.
The incident occurred in the afternoon on September 23.
"The suspect heard a knock at the gate of his house. He walked out and saw near his yard unknown men, 43-, 16- and 19-year-old. He almost immediately entered a quarrel with them for some insignificant reason. The old man asked the newcomers to wait for him near his house and yard. When the suspect returned to the street, he fired several shots from a submachine gun," reported the Investigating Department for the Stavropol Territory of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).
According to the ICRF's Department for the Stavropol Territory, the 43-year-old man died from the wounds at the place, the 16-year-old teenager died in the hospital on the same day. The 19-year-old young man stays in the hospital.
The suspect was detained. A criminal case has been instituted against him.
