Governor Bocharov informed Putin about detention of man suspected of arsons

One man suspected of causing fires in the Volgograd Region has confessed to the crime, and the second suspect has been identified. This was reported by Governor Andrei Bocharov to the Russian President.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that as a result of the fires that on August 22 began to occur in the Volgograd Region, 25 families lost their housing. The fires were not extinguished until the evening of August 28.

At a meeting with Vladimir Putin, Andrei Bocharov, Governor to the Volgograd Region, has reported that one of the men suspected of arsons in the Volgograd Region has been already detained. "One is detained, and the second is identified. He is on the run. However, I believe, I am sure he will be detained in the nearest future," the RIA "Novosti" quotes today Andrei Bocharov as saying.

According to the Governor, law enforcers are engaged in finding out the motives for the alleged arson. "At present, the first person has confessed to the arsons," said Andrei Bocharov as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
