In Volgograd, deceived real estate investors criticize roadmaps for facilities

Real estate investors for the residential complexes "Park European" and "Dominant" have stated that the roadmaps for the resumption of facilities construction compiled by the "Gosstroinadzor" (State Construction Supervision Agency) do not contain any pre-set deadlines.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 25, in Volgograd, the real estate investors for five residential complexes joined the All-Russian protest action and demanded from the authorities to provide real help in completing the construction of the problematic facilities.

Ekaterina Gureeva, a real estate investor for the residential complex "Park European" told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that she got a roadmap for the facility on August 3. "We have realized that the administration compiled the roadmap to stay in a safe position," said the woman. According to her, the roadmap provides only one solution to the problem, i.e., a search for a new developer. "However, there are no deadlines to indicate until what time a search will go on. And what will happen if negotiations with the developer do not succeed? We would not want the construction site to be sold at auction, since in that case, real estate investors will lose everything," noted Ekaterina Gureeva.

Real estate investors of the residential complex "Dominant" have also got a roadmap from the regional "Gosstroinadzor" inspection, and are not satisfied with it. This was stated by Polina Taube, a real estate investor. "The first thing that confuses us in that roadmap is that it mentions no persons responsible for its implementation, no deadlines and even no date of its approval," the real estate investor told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
