Armenian soldier injured on Azerbaijani border
Soldier Arthur Mairanyan was wounded at the positions in the Tavush Region of Armenia. This was reported by the deputy head of the Paravakar village.
On July 28, Arthur Mairanyan, a 41-year-old contractor soldier, was wounded at the positions of the Paravakar village in the Berd District. He was sent to Yerevan, since he needs surgery, reported Sarghis Margaryan, the deputy head of the Paravakar village.
According to him, the condition of the wounded soldier is satisfactory, the "Tert.am" reports.
Arthur Mairanyan was wounded in the course of shelling from the Azerbaijani side, the "Panorama.am" reports with reference to Artsroun Ovannisyan, the press secretary for the Armenian Minister of Defence.
Besides, today, Azerbaijan claimed 133 cases of violation of the ceasefire by the Armenian armed forces per one day.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 28, the body of soldier Arkady Gambaryan, who died of a gunshot wound, was found on the defence section of one of the military units in the Tavush Region of Armenia.
