Political analysts explain Anatoly Bibilov's personnel policy by his desire to conduct an audit
The new leaders of South Ossetia have appointed to key posts in the government the persons not involved in corruption scandals and got rid of odious law enforcers in the Cabinet of Ministers. This was reported by local political analysts. According to them, the new President decided to conduct an "audit of the 'Tibilov' five-year plan."
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in April 2017, Anatoly Bibilov won the elections in South Ossetia by gaining 57.98% of the votes.
While making appointments, Anatoly Bibilov sought "to create a more transparent and efficient system of management and attraction of investors," believes Elina Marzoeva, a political analyst and journalist.
"Judging by the Anatoly Bibilov's first steps, he intends to make South Ossetia start earning a living," she said.
According to Elina Marzoeva, "from the very beginning, Anatoly Bibilov took the course to fight corruption."
Journalist Dzera Byazarti has pointed out to the fact that the new government "will have to focus its efforts on social facilities."
"For many years, these facilities have not been funded, and now they are in a bad state," noted the journalist.
