Head of Baganis village claims shelling from Azerbaijani side
As a result of the night shelling, two houses were damaged in the village of Baganis; no villages were hurt, said Narek Sahakyan, the head of the Armenian pre-border village.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier Sahakyan had stated that on April 20, a truck was shelled from the Azerbaijani side. According to his version, the driver was not injured. On April 26, the head of Baganis again announced the shelling of his village.
The shelling from Azerbaijani positions in the direction of Baganis was committed at night on June 1, Mr Sahakyan has specified, adding that there were no casualties or victims, but roofs, walls and drainpipes of two village houses were damaged.
Sahakyan also said that the shelling intensity from Azerbaijani positions has increased after July 2014.
