Admin of "death group" in social network confesses to inciting Astrakhani girl to commit suicide

In Saint Petersburg, Philip Budeikin, a social network user registered under nickname "Philip Lis", accused of bringing teenagers to suicide, including a minor girl from Astrakhan, has been taken in custody. The court has pronounced the decision to arrest Philip Budeikin until August 20.

The "Caucasian Knot" has informed that in March, law enforcers reported on the prevention of suicide of an Astrakhan schoolgirl. According to investigators, in the spring of 2016, in the closed group of the social network "VKontakte", "Philip Lis" posted materials, propagandizing suicide. "Philip Lis" sent personal messages to a 16-year-old schoolgirl from Astrakhan to urge her to commit suicide, the investigators report.

21-year-old Philip Budeikin was detained in the Moscow Region on November 15, 2016.

"Philip Budeikin admits his guilt, and he did not object to the extension of the pre-trial restriction measure," the "Interfax" quotes a source from the court as reporting.
