Detentions

On February 24, inChechnya, Movsar Rashidov, a resident of the town of Shali, was released. On January 11, his family members reported on his kidnapping by law enforcers. He was hospitalized in serious condition. During all that time, his family members were not aware of his whereabouts. According to his relatives, the man's fault was in the fact that in 2014, his son went to Syria and law enforcers believed that it was he who organized the murder of two policemen committed in Shali in late January.
