Whereabouts of Said Saipudinov, resident of Dagestan, established

Said Saipudinov, a resident of the Makhachkala neighbourhood of Shamkhal, whose kidnapping was reported by his relatives on February 13, is kept at one of police divisions, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Said’s relatives asserted that he was kidnapped by armed men in masks. According to their version, Saipudinov was on the police’s “prophylactic registry”. Relatives complained to the Dagestani Prosecutor’s Office and Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent managed to find out that Said Saipudinov was kept at one of Dagestani police divisions. As of 4:30 p.m. Moscow time on February 15, the reason for his detention was not clear.

Relatives refuse to disclose the details of his detention known to them, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has added.
