The "Caucasian Knot" has informed that on September 7, 2016, the North-Caucasian District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don pronounced verdicts of guilty in the cases against Ruslan Zeitullaev, Ferat Saifulaev, Rustem Vaitov, and Nuri Primov. On December 27, 2016, the Supreme Court (SC) of the Russian Federation cancelled the verdict to Ruslan Zeitullaev and sent the case for re-trial.

On February 13, the North-Caucasian   District Military Court held a hearing in the case against Ruslan Zeitullaev.

At the court hearing, Ruslan Zeitullaev has pleaded not guilty. The defendant has also added that he treats the charge against him as "inappropriate wild guesses of special services."

According to the advocate, despite repeated complaints of Ruslan Zeitullaev about his bad health state, he receives no medicine at the SIZO (pre-trial prison), and doctors found by staff members of the Consulate of Ukraine failed to visit him, the "OVD-Info" reports.
