The Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar has sentenced Nina Solovyova, an LGBT activist, to 10 days of administrative arrest on the charge of Nazi propaganda after she reposted on her page in a social network a video criticizing the actions of the Russian authorities in Ukraine. Today, the Krasnodar Regional Court has upheld the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar.

According to Nina Solovyova, she has published on her page on a social network the Boris Sevastyanov's video "This is russiaism, baby". The LGBT activist treats the video to be of antifascist nature and does not plead guilty as charged.

"The video contains criticism of the Russian authorities' actions in Ukraine. The video used documentary shots of World War II, and, of course, swastika also appears in the video. However, there is no Nazi propaganda in the video. Besides, I am not the author of the video," Nina Solovyova told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The LGBT activist has claimed that "a lot of violations were committed" during the trial.
