This year, the ceremony in memory of the victims will be attended by James Warlick, the American co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.

Mourning ceremonies will be held in mosques of Azerbaijan.

The Khojaly tragedy was marked by a number of activities held abroad by diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan and organizations of the Azerbaijani Diasporas.

So, on February 18, Stockholm hosted the presentation of the book "Khojaly Witness of a War Crime: Armenia in the Dock", published by Ian Peart, a member of the "Europe-Azerbaijan Society". Besides, people watched the documentary film "Endless Corridor" about the events in Khojaly shot by Lithuanian filmmakers.
